HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (m/f/*)- 5* Augustine Hotel Prague

Are you an organized hospitality professional with an eye for perfection and a passion for leadership? At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated rooms division team. If you want to ensure the highest standards of luxury comfort and guide our team to deliver flawless guest experiences, this role is for you.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Supervise and inspect: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure they meet our strict 5-star luxury standards.
• Lead the team: Coordinate, motivate, and support the room attendants and housemen, assigning daily tasks and ensuring smooth operation.
• Manage inventory and requests: Oversee linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies stock, while promptly handling special guest requests and VIP arrivals.
• Report and collaborate: Work closely with the Front Office and Engineering teams to report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are ready for check-in on time.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid foundation: You have previous experience in hotel housekeeping (as a Senior Room Attendant or Supervisor), ideally within a premium or luxury hotel environment.
• An eye for detail: A sharp sense of cleanliness, organization, and the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections.
• Reliable team leader: Strong organizational skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
• Language skills: Good command of English and/or Czech to ensure smooth daily communication within our international team.
